Cheyenne Multiple Listing Service Information
To join the Cheyenne Multiple Listing service, you must be a member in good standing with a Board of REALTORS® (as a REALTOR® member, not as an Affiliate member). Proof of Board membership will be required prior to receiving access to Cheyenne MLS Information.
Fees
Participation Fee (one-time fee per office): $250 Administration Fee (per licensee, certified appraiser or appraiser in training) $22.50 monthly CBR members $35.50 monthly non-CBR members Book(per book ordered) $10 monthly(plus tax) Key Lease Fee (per key issued) $12.50 monthly (plus tax) Listing Fee $20 (per new listing)
