If you're looking to renew your real estate license, remember you must have 45 hours of continuing education, to include -- 24 hours of requireds (Marketplace Issues, Practicle Applications, and Contracting Trust Accounts and Closings) PLUS 21 hours of elective courses. If you'd like more information about the continuing education requirements, visit the Wyoming Real Estate Commission, or call them at 777-7141.

Also, to renew your membership in the Cheyenne Board of REALTORS® you must have taken at least 2.5 hours of Ethics training. The Ethics course sponsored by the Wyoming Association of REALTORS® and the Code of Ethics portion of New Member Orientation satisfies this requirement. If you have not attended a WAR sponsored Ethics course or new member orientation in the last three years, you may also take the course on-line at www.realtor.org.
